I remember saying something last year on my facebook wall about my wish being to not work holidays anymore. Et voila, this year, my wish came true.
I've worked on Thanksgiving and Christmas the last two years and it feels so good get to partake in holiday cheer!
Thanksgiving was a dream. A sweet, cozy house on the creek in Lagunitas, a wood fire, amazing food, best friends and music playing!
And it was all in my neighborhood- no hopping on planes, driving miles and miles. Here, I have community!
So thankful.
