bolinas ridge trail

I was driving to the city the other day, to go buy shit. But, wait, it was a glorious day, so when I passed  the Bolinas Ridge trail, a trail I have been wanting to explore, I pulled over and spent the next four hours blissfully hiking through the rolling pastured lands, passing cows and constantly being reminding of walking the camino in Spain or country roads through France.

This is by far, my favorite trail.

By sunset, I was on the cliffs off of Highway One, watching the sun dip into the mighty Pacific and whales do their migration.

I feel like the luckiest girl around to live here on the coast of Northern California....
